Story of the painting: I have been trying to be an impressionist painter for years, and this time learned from the most famous impressionist- Claude Monet. I visited real Monet exhibition in Vancouver many times, I found most charming parts of his paintings is his free spirited brush strokes. I tried to imply his technique in this painting. This is a pond in garden city park. I hope I capture the beauty of lights and landscape with impressionist technique.
